Ingredients
- 2 avocados diced, divided
- 1 medium tomato diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper seeded and finely diced
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 cup black beans drained and rinsed
- 4 green onions thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste

Directions
- Mash 1 of the avocados in a bowl.
- Add the tomatoes, the jalapeños, and the lime juice, mixing to combine.
- Add the beans, the onions, the cheese, and the remaining avocado, mixing well. Season with the salt and the pepper.
