The Scoop

Nachos decided they wanted a slice of the action.
Nacho Pie layers crunchy nacho cheese chips with seasoned beef, chili beans, zesty tomato sauce or salsa, and a blanket of melted mozzarella.
It’s fast, cheesy, crunchy, and basically built for passing around when game night calls for something a little more exciting than a bowl of chips.
Hack it:
Swap the ground beef for shredded chicken, pulled pork, chorizo, or black beans.
Use spicy tortilla chips, blue corn chips, or Doritos-style chips for a different base.
Trade the mozzarella for cheddar, Monterey Jack, Pepper Jack, or a Mexican cheese blend.
Add jalapeños, corn, diced peppers, black olives, or pickled onions between the layers.
Give the filling more kick with chipotle, taco seasoning, hot salsa, or your favorite hot sauce.
Leftovers:
Scoop the filling into warm tortillas for nacho tacos.
Turn it into loaded fries with crispy potatoes and extra cheese.
Layer leftovers over baked potatoes for a seriously loaded dinner.
Reheat the filling and serve with fresh chips as an instant nacho dip.
