Garlic Spaghetti

The Scoop

20 minutes, zero patience, and a strong opinion about garlic.
True culinary confidence lies in doing less but doing it perfectly. This Garlic Spaghetti is a masterclass in minimalism, stripping away heavy cream and complex sauces to let raw aromatics do the heavy lifting. It requires zero grocery store runs, relying instead on the alchemy of basic pantry staples.
Bring the wine; we've got something good going on.
Hack it:
Add chili flakes or chili oil if you want it to bite back a little.
Finish with lemon or orange zest for a fresher edge.
Toss in anchovies if you want deep umami (just don’t tell anyone).
Swap the parsley for basil for a softer, sweeter vibe.
Leftovers:
Turn into cold pasta salad with extra olive oil.
Mix with eggs for a weirdly good frittata situation.
Or simply reheat with a splash of water + olive oil to bring it back to life.
