The Scoop

Celebrate with Key West Chicken—a tangy, lime-kissed grilling delight perfect for festive gatherings.
Key West Chicken brings sunshine to the grill with this juicy chicken, a tangy lime marinade, and just enough sweetness to keep things interesting.
With just a handful of pantry staples, you can easily make dinner taste like you planned a vacation!
Hack it:
Add a teaspoon of fresh lime zest and a splash of silver tequila to the marinade to intensify the citrus punch and add a bright, margarita-style flavor profile.
Swap standard honey for hot honey or add 1 teaspoon of Sriracha to the soy-lime base for a sweet, spicy, and tangy kick.
Trade the boneless chicken breasts for skinless, boneless chicken thighs for maximum moisture and forgiveness on a hot grill.
Finish the grilled chicken with a quick fresh salsa of diced pineapple, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño for extra texture and brightness.
Leftovers:
Key West Chicken Tacos: Shred cold leftover chicken, warm it up in a skillet, and stuff into warm corn tortillas with shredded cabbage, avocado, and a squeeze of fresh lime.
Tropical Island Power Bowl: Slice leftover chicken over a bowl of coconut rice, black beans, and grilled mango for an instant, high-protein meal prep.
Grilled Citrus Salad: Chop cold chicken and lay it over crisp romaine, cucumber, avocado, and macadamia nuts with a bright cilantro-lime vinaigrette.
Sweet & Savory Quesadillas: Layer chopped chicken and Monterey Jack cheese inside a flour tortilla, crisp it up in a hot skillet, and serve with salsa verde.
