Ingredients
- 1 (15.25-ounce) box cake mix of your choice
- 1/2 scant cup vegetable oil or 7 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 large eggs
- candy pieces or chocolate chips optional, of your choice, to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, stir the cake mix, the oil, and the eggs until combined.
- Optionally, cover the dough and refrigerate until somewhat set, about 15-20 minutes.
- Using a medium scoop or a spoon, scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Top the dough scoops with the candy pieces.
- Bake until the cookies are set, about 9-11 minutes. Do not let them brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes.
- Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve.
