The Scoop

Buttery biscuit cups are packed with saucy ground beef and melty cheese, then baked until golden and bubbling.
They’re bite-sized, ridiculously snackable, and ready in about 30 minutes, basically, cheeseburger night without the bun assembly line.
Hack it:
Add diced pickles, jalapeños, or crispy bacon to the beef filling.
Stir a little BBQ sauce into the beef for a smoky-sweet twist.
Add finely diced onion, bell pepper, or mushrooms for extra flavor and texture.
Finish with sesame seeds, sliced scallions, or a drizzle of burger sauce.
Leftovers:
Chop them up and turn them into a loaded cheeseburger salad.
Reheat and serve with fries and extra burger sauce for a mini burger bowl.
Chop the filling into a cheesy breakfast scramble with eggs and potatoes.
Turn leftover cups into party snacks with toothpicks and a trio of dipping sauces.
