The Scoop

Breakfast sausage, fluffy eggs, cheddar, and golden bread cubes all baked into one seriously satisfying casserole!

Hack it:
Swap the breakfast sausage for bacon, ham, chorizo, or turkey sausage.
Add sautéed mushrooms, bell peppers, spinach, or roasted potatoes.
Try smoked cheddar instead of classic cheddar.
Mix a little hot sauce, cayenne, or cracked black pepper into the egg mixture.
Add fresh sage, thyme, or parsley for an herby finish.
Use croissants, sourdough, or leftover biscuits instead of regular bread for a richer
Leftovers:
Cut into squares and tuck into breakfast sandwiches with hot sauce.
Crumble into a skillet with crispy potatoes for a breakfast hash.
Wrap portions in tortillas with salsa and avocado for easy breakfast burritos.

Chop leftovers into a frittata with extra vegetables and cheese.
