Peach Dump Cake

The Scoop

No mixing. No bowls. No emotional commitment. Just vibes and an oven!
It’s called a “dump” cake, which is honestly rude, because what actually happens is: peaches get cozy, cake mix shows up uninvited but makes it work, butter melts into the situation like it belongs there, and suddenly you’ve got a golden, bubbling pan of amazingness.
This is dessert for when effort is off-duty, but cravings are still very much employed.
Hack it:
Add a splash of bourbon or vanilla extract to the peaches for depth.
Swap peaches for mixed berries if you’re feeling unpredictable.
Sprinkle brown sugar with the cinnamon for a caramelized top situation.
Leftovers:
Spoon over yogurt for “I’m balanced” behavior.
Layer into parfait glasses with granola.
Turn into French toast topping (yes, it melts into magic again).
