Ingredients
For the rim:
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
For the martini:
- ice to taste
- 1 ounce pecan-flavored vodka
- 1 ounce Irish cream liqueur
- 1/2 ounce vanilla-flavored vodka
- 2 ounces heavy cream
Directions
- In a food processor, add the pecans and the brown sugar and pulse until the pecans are ground.
- Transfer the pecan mixture to a bowl.
- On a small plate big enough to fit the rim of the cocktail glass, add the maple syrup.
- Dip the rim of the cocktail glass into the maple syrup and then into the pecan mixture, twisting slightly and gently to ensure the entire rim is well-coated.
- In a shaker, add the ice.
- Pour the pecan-flavored vodka, the Irish cream, the vanilla-flavored, and the heavy cream over the ice and gently shake to combine.
- Strain the mixture into the serving glass.
- Serve.
