The Scoop

This is what happens when dessert decides to take you on holiday.
This is what happens when dessert decides to take you on holiday. The kind that tastes like pineapple, nostalgia, and the right amount of lime.
It’s super refreshing and tropical, and you’ll think it’s summer, even when it’s absolutely not summer outside.
Hack it:
Use a mix of frozen mango and frozen pineapple to super-boost the flavors.
Use lemon ice cream to make it more zesty and refreshing.
Add crunchy toppings, like coconut flakes, sprinkles, or granola, to add texture and depth of flavor.
Leftovers:
Make an ice-cream cake: If you have melted leftovers, mix with self-rising flour and bake to make an interesting dessert.
Turn them into French toast: Dip bread or brioche slices into the melted ice cream and fry in a buttered skillet until golden!
Scoop any softened leftovers into two cookies and make tropical sandwiches.
