Recipe Background
This unique daiquiri elevates classic flavors with rosemary for a first date surprise.
It was my first date dinner since diving back into the world of romance. Nervous and optimistic, I decided to concoct something refreshing yet unconventional to surprise my date. Spring was whispering through our city, and the market was bursting with lovely, ripe strawberries. I couldn't resist their allure. The frozen option seemed perfect, and I always have a bottle of white rum tucked away, waiting for a worthy occasion. Rosemary, though unusual in a daiquiri, promised an intriguing twist. Gently simmering rosemary with sugar and water, the fragrance filled my cozy apartment. The steam was like a sweet promise wafting through the evening. Those rosemary sprigs steeping in syrup added unexpected depth, a scented secret hidden within each sip.
