The Scoop

Is it pizza? Is it tacos? Yes. This recipe refused to choose a side, and honestly, we respect that!
Crispy pizza crust gets loaded with taco meat, melty mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, crunchy lettuce, and a dollop of sour cream for the ultimate "why didn't I think of that?" dinner.
It's giving taco night. It's giving pizza night. It's giving zero leftovers. But if you end up with some, we’ve got tips for that too!
Hack it:
Swap the beef for shredded chicken or chorizo.
Add crushed tortilla chips on top for extra crunch.
Drizzle with hot honey, chipotle mayo, or jalapeño ranch.
Throw on pickled onions or jalapeños if you're feeling bold.
Finish with avocado because avocado makes everything better; we all know that.
Leftovers:
Fold a slice in half and crisp it in a skillet like a giant taco.
Chop it up and turn it into loaded nachos.
Reheat in the air fryer for a crispy round two.
Dice it into bite-sized pieces for the ultimate party snack.
