Is it pizza? Is it tacos? Yes. This recipe refused to choose a side, and honestly, we respect that!
Crispy pizza crust gets loaded with taco meat, melty mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, crunchy lettuce, and a dollop of sour cream for the ultimate "why didn't I think of that?" dinner.
It's giving taco night. It's giving pizza night. It's giving zero leftovers. But if you end up with some, we’ve got tips for that too!
Ingredients
- 1 (13.8-ounce) tube refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 1 (8-ounce) can pizza sauce
- 2 cups seasoned taco meat, cooked
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- lettuce, to taste, shredded
- sour cream, to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Unroll the pizza dough and place it onto a 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the pizza dough and evenly sprinkle with the taco meat, the tomatoes, and the cheese.
- Bake the pizza until the crust is golden-brown, about 15-20 minutes.
- Top the pizza with the shredded lettuce and the sour cream.
- Cut the pizza into squares.
- Serve.
