Ingredients
- 3 (7.25-ounce) bags butter cookies
- 6-8 bananas peeled and sliced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 (5-ounce) box instant French vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese softened
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12-ounce) container frozen whipped topping thawed
Directions
- Add 1 bag of the butter cookies in a single layer in a deep 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Layer the sliced bananas on top of the butter cookies.
- In a large bowl, add the milk and the French vanilla pudding mix and use an electric hand mixer to blend until combined.
- In a separate large bowl, add the softened cream cheese and the sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth.
- Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until well-combined.
- Spread the pudding mixture over the top of the banana layer.
- Repeat the layers starting with 1 bag of the cookies and ending with the pudding mixture.
- Top the pudding mixture with the remaining bag of cookies.
- Cover the dish and chill the pudding mixture until ready to serve.
- Plate and serve.
