Ingredients
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 small white onion minced
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves fresh garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach gently torn
- 8 ounces pasta cooked
- basil optional, to taste, for garnish
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, the onions, the sun-dried tomatoes, the olive oil, the garlic, the Italian seasoning, the salt, and the pepper to a 9x13-inch baking dish and stir to combine.
- Place the cream cheese in the center of the tomato mixture.
