Ingredients
- dressing of choice to taste
- 1 crisp apple
- 1 shallot
- 8 cups baby arugula
- 1/4 cup pecans roughly chopped
- 2 ounces soft goat cheese crumbled
- sea salt to taste
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix your dressing of choice according to the package directions. This is not necessary if you're using store bought, premade dressing.
- Thinly slice the apple and the shallot.
- Place the arugula on a plate and top with the sliced shallot, the sliced apple, the pecans, and the goat cheese.
- Drizzle with the dressing and top with the sea salt.
- Serve.
