Ingredients

  • 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple mostly drained
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 1 teaspoon walnuts or pecans optional, chopped, for garnish

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl, add the crushed pineapple, the pudding mix, and the whipped topping and gently fold to combine, making sure the pudding mix is fully incorporated.
