Ingredients
- 8 ounces egg noodles uncooked
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup undiluted
- 1 (8-ounce) container chive-and-onion-flavored cream cheese softened
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 cups baked glazed ham chopped
- 1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen asparagus thawed
- 6 baby carrots chopped
- 1 (8-ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (4-ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup seasoned croutons crushed
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Lightly grease two 8-inch square baking dishes.
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
- Stir together the cream of mushroom soup, the chive-and-onion-flavored cream cheese, and the milk in a large bowl.
- Stir in the cooked noodles, the ham, the broccoli, the asparagus, and the carrots.
- Spoon 1/2 of the ham mixture evenly into the prepared baking dishes.
- Combine the mozzarella cheese and the cheddar cheese.
- Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese mixture over each of the casseroles.
- Spoon the remaining ham mixture evenly over the cheese layers.
- Combine the remaining cheese mixture with the croutons.
- Evenly sprinkle the cheese-crouton mixture over each of the casseroles.
- Bake the casseroles until lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
- Serve.
