Ingredients
- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter room temperature
- 1 large egg

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line two 18x26-inch baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl of a stand mixer, add the butter and beat until it is light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the egg and the vanilla extract to the butter and mix to combine.
