The Scoop

This is the chicken salad that refuses to be boring.
Juicy chicken meets sweet grapes, crunchy celery, fresh herbs, and a creamy Dijon dressing for a lunch that hits every texture and flavor note.
Pile it onto bread, scoop it into lettuce cups, or eat it straight from the bowl; we won't judge.
Hack it:
Make it lighter: Swap half the mayonnaise for Greek yogurt, sour cream, or mashed avocado for a fresher, tangier dressing.
Go extra crunchy: Add toasted almonds, pecans, walnuts, or sunflower seeds just before serving.
Switch up the fruit: Try diced apple, dried cranberries, pear, or halved cherries instead of grapes.
Let it hang out: If you have the time, refrigerate the salad for 20–30 minutes before serving. The flavors get noticeably better once they've had a chance to mingle.
Leftovers:
The Ultimate Sandwich: Pile onto a toasted croissant or sourdough with lettuce and tomato for an easy lunch.
Chicken Salad Wraps: Roll into a tortilla with spinach, cucumber, and avocado.
Crunchy Lettuce Cups: Spoon into crisp lettuce leaves and top with toasted nuts and extra herbs.
Chicken Salad Melts: Spread onto bread, top with cheddar or Swiss, and toast until the cheese is gloriously melted.
