Million Dollar Dip

Time :5 minutes
Yield :6 servings

The Scoop

Million Dollar Dip is creamy, salty, crunchy, and ridiculously easy to throw together.
No cooking, no complicated prep, just one seriously snackable bowl.
Hack it:
Swap the cheddar for Pepper Jack, sharp white cheddar, or a cheddar-Gruyère mix.
Add chopped jalapeños, pickled peppers, or a dash of hot sauce for some heat.
Trade the almonds for toasted pecans, walnuts, or sunflower seeds.
Add chopped fresh herbs like chives, parsley, or dill for a fresher finish.
Serve it with pretzels, crackers, toasted baguette slices, celery, or cucumber instead of tortilla chips.
Leftovers:
Spread it onto toasted bread and melt it under the broiler for a cheesy bacon toast.
Use it as a filling for quesadillas with extra cheddar and jalapeños.
Turn it into a hot dip by baking until bubbling and golden on top.
Toss it with hot pasta for a creamy, cheesy bacon sauce.
