Ingredients
2 1/2cupsmarinara sauce
1(24-ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
1(8-ounce) package frozen spinach, optional, thawed and squeezed-dry
2cupsmozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4cupparmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Pour a thin layer, about 1/2 cup, of the marinara sauce to cover the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Arrange 1/2 of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
Layer the spinach on the ravioli, if using.
Add 1/2 of the marinara and 1/2 of the mozzarella in even layers in the baking dish.
Repeat the layers of the ravioli, the sauce, and the mozzarella once, starting with the ravioli.
Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake, uncovered, until bubbly and hot in the center, about 20-25 minutes.
