For the salad:
2avocados, diced
1English cucumber, sliced
3Roma tomatoes, diced
1/4cupred onion, sliced
1/2cupsmall mozzarella cheese balls
For the dressing:

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the avocados, the cucumber, the tomatoes, the red onion, and the mozzarella cheese balls and gently toss.
In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, the lemon juice, and the Italian seasoning together.
